AI Workspace Deployment

Your revenue team, with an AI workforce behind it.

We set up an AI workspace inside your company and deploy agents across prospecting, selling, customer success and account management. They work on your real accounts, in each seller’s voice. Every buyer-facing and commercial decision stays with your people.

Autonomy is earnedPer agent
L1ManualEvery agent starts hereA person runs each step with the agent.
L2AssistedEvery agent starts hereThe agent prepares; a person checks every output.
L3Drafts onlyWrites to buyers as drafts; a person sends.
L4ScheduledRuns on a schedule, where the motion allows.
L5RoutineRuns as a routine, where the motion allows.
An agent moves up one level only after its own numbers hold for two clean weeks.

The agents

Start where your funnel leaks most.

Choose a track to see the stages it covers and the agents we deploy. All of them read the same files about your business and write to one record.

Prospecting

Size the market, build and score the list, watch for signals, map the committee, prepare the brief, draft the first touch and the sequence, and answer replies and inbound the same day.

What good looks like
The market sized from sourced inputs, the first batch scored with sources, two first-touch drafts in the sender’s voice, every reply classed and inbound answered the same day.

How a deployment runs

Paced by evidence, not by a calendar.

Timing depends on how many tracks, sellers and languages you cover. We set it with you in the Diagnostic.

01Diagnose
We do
We check readiness, take a baseline of your funnel and size the gap against your target.
Your team does
Name an owner for each track and a reviewer for anything that goes to buyers.
You get
A plan, a baseline and a clear go or no-go.
Written into the contract

Four things no agent does on its own.

01Move moneyThe agent drafts the number. A person commits it.
02Use credentialsThe agent prepares. A person signs in.
03Release external approvalsThe agent assembles the pack. A person releases it.
04Make commercial commitmentsNo price, discount, terms or contract without a person.
What never unlocks
Whatever the numbers say, a person handles the first contact with an executive, any account that came through a referral, and every negotiation.
The kill switch
One breach, one complaint or one wrong-language message sends that channel back to drafts only. One switch stops every agent.
Packages

Start with the Foundation. Then choose how much of the team.

Measurement

Measured against your own baseline.

No agent is scored on volume. Each one is judged on three numbers, and only those numbers move its level.

01The room rate it most influences
02One quality metric for its craft
03One trust metric: drafts approved with no edits, and minutes to approve
Before the first agent
A baseline of your funnel for the last two quarters, and a one-week time log per role.
Every week
The three numbers per agent, and anything an agent escalated.
Day 30
Conversion and time at each stage against the baseline.
Day 60
The same, plus a repeat time log.
Day 90
The same, plus the first full cohort where your sales cycle allows.
Fit

Built for revenue teams of 3 to 50.

It fits when
B2B revenue teams of about 3 to 50 across SDR, AE, Customer Success and Account Management, selling in or from MENA
Leaders who need more pipeline, faster cycles or better retention without the same headcount
Teams with a written ICP and sales process, or willing to write them in week one
Your IT allows Claude, and your data owners will approve what the agents can read
It does not fit when
You want an autonomous outbound machine that messages buyers without a person reading it
No one owns each track. Every agent needs a person who reviews its work
You cannot put real accounts into the workspace. Sample data proves nothing

Each one is free and built from the work we do with clients. Tools run in your browser; samples and reviews come from a partner, not a sequence.

Questions

Before you begin.

Will an agent message our buyers on its own?
Not at first. An agent that writes to buyers drafts and a person sends. It earns the right to send one channel and one language at a time, only after a sustained clean record.
Which AI does it run on?
Claude, inside your own company account. You keep the plan, the seats and the admin rights; we set it up and work inside it.
How many hours will we get back?
Each agent has an estimate, and we quote them one at a time. We do not promise a total. We measure your own hours before the first agent runs and again at day 30.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs it, or we run it monthly: reviews, level raises, updates and a monthly numbers readout.
Every deployment starts with the Diagnostic.
